Hello!

We are Floridalia (aka as Ms. Flower) and Leticia, the owners and operators of Moving Hands Coalition Inc. We are sisters, best friends, business partners, and grew up within the Columbia Basin in the trucking industry. Our father Roberto owned and operated Gutierrez trucking in Mesa WA.

Floridalia flourished as a professional government interpreter then 20 years ago formed her own successful language access business, Ms. Flower’s Interpreters & Translators.  When people ask Floridalia how long she has been interpreting, she smiles and replies, “Since I was six years old.”

Leticia excelled in a career with the state of Washington in the department of Children, Youth and Family Services for over 30 years.

Together we bring a lifetime of government and trucking industry experience servicing our community and individuals. This is not only our legacy, but a driving force for Moving Hands Coalition Inc.  Growing up in a dynamic family of entrepreneurs and guided by the calling of service, Moving Hands Coalition was formed.

Our mission is to help our community by assisting clients to obtain quality services. For decades we’ve felt guided by the calling to be of service to our area, and we met that challenge in profound and transformative ways. Navigating the system and its necessary agencies is where our expertise is most helpful, but what sets us apart is the compassion, understanding and work ethic that turns dreams into reality for our community.
